Self Regulating Heated Sample Line

Clean Air Engineering heavy-duty heated sample lines consist of heat traced Teflon with insulation and nylon braid. Industrial Strength heated sample lines consist of heat traced Teflon with insulation, nylon braid and silicone jacket. Sample lines are constructed of heavy wall (.0625”) PTFE outside diameters. Terminations and standard thermocouple are included. *Temperature controller optional.

• Armored end with field-removable stainless steel stubs:  The benefit of this option is to provide a hard surface to which a field-removable attaches point is connected.  This allows for multiple attachments and tube replacements in case of damage while in the field, avoiding costly heated tube repair.
• Strain Relief:  This option allows the operator to have an easy access handle with which to pull the heated sample line into position.  Unsupported moving and subsequent attachment of the line to a fixed surface often damage hose ends.
• Thermostatic Control and Indicator Light:  This option offers a form of self-regulation with an internally embedded fixed-temperature thermostat.  A small, LED light operates in conjunction with the thermostat's on/off status and gives the operator an operational view of the thermostatic cycle.
• Tube in a Tube:  A field-replaceable inner tube can extend the life of a heated sample line.
